Here you can order high quality and low cost pre set appointments and referral telephone leads on a daily basis or even weeks in advance.

Medicare Advantage / Medicare Supplement Appointments Prices:
$28.00 per appointment (minimum order of 20 appointments per week)
$27.00 per appointment for order of 25 plus appointments
$25.00 per appointment for order of 50 plus appointments

Medicare Special Needs Appointments Info and Price:
Our organization has decided to add additional questions to our phone script and ask seniors if they have one of the four following chronic diseases: Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and more.

$33.00 per appointment (minimum order of 20 appointments per week)
$28.00 per phone lead (minimum order of 30 appointments per week)

Home Health Care Leads
For Home Health Care Leads we will verify following information:
A. Medicare Part A and B
B. Senior has no current Home Health Care

Additionally TSL will pre-screen for one of the following conditions:
1. High Blood Pressure
2. COPD
3. Diabetes
4. Congestive Heart Failure
5. Asthma or Emphysema

If they are on Medicare Part A and B and have one of the above conditions we will let them know they may qualify for a Medicare Home Health Care benefits at no cost to them. We will ask the prospect what would be the best time for the HPR Medicare Home Health Care specialist to call or visit with them and explain about the additional benefits in detail the following day.
